At G2 Performance, we offer a wide range of products, and shipping times and fees may vary depending on the item, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details.We offer free shipping on orders over $1,000.Please note: Free shipping does not apply to truck/freight shipments and is subject to certain restrictions.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most economical shipping carrier for each order to provide the best possible value. Most items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Larger or oversized items may ship via truck freight carriers.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is processed.
  • Standard shipping transit time is usually 2-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
  • Custom items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible, with a typical lead time of 3-4 weeks.
  • Credit card orders are processed immediately.

Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air)

For Next Day Air shipping, orders must be placed and paid by 10:00 AM Eastern Time (EST).

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If you notice damage upon delivery:

  • You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order
  • Email orders@g2performance.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return instructions. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and notify you within 24-48 hours regarding a replacement or refund using the original method of payment.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior approval. Any packages returned without authorization will be refused.

Missing or Lost Items

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses. If your order appears incomplete:

  1. Check your order status to confirm all items have shipped.
  2. Verify delivery with the carrier.
  3. If your order shows "Delivered" but items are missing, please contact us at orders@g2performance.com.

 

Return Policy

At G2 Performance, we offer a wide range of products, and return eligibility may vary by item. Custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Due to current global supply shortages, labor changes, and logistics constraints, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed internally by the G2 Performance team, it cannot be modified or canceled.If you would like to add items to your purchase, please place a new order.For questions, contact us at orders@g2performance.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We are temporarily not accepting returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • An incorrect item was shipped

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise:

  • You must notify us within 10 days of receipt
  • Email orders@g2performance.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue
    • A brief explanation of the problem
