Joe brings more than 30 years of performing arts experience and has seen firsthand how the needs of the marching athlete have evolved over time. Throughout his career, Joe has designed for and worked with some of the top marching band programs in the Midwest, developing a strong understanding of what directors, designers, students, and programs need. He joined G2 Performance in 2018, bringing his experience, industry knowledge, and commitment to customer service to programs nationwide.

Eric Sabach is an alumnus of The (Garfield) Cadets and brings decades of marching arts experience as a designer, clinician, adjudicator, marketer, and business development professional.

Throughout his career, Eric has worked with numerous State Champions, as well as Bands of America Regional and Grand National Championship programs. He has served as an adjudicator for BOA, DCI, and WGI, judging throughout.
